Outreach Program Govt Girls Hr Sec School Qazigund visits CIED IUST

An outreach program was held at CIED-IUST Foundation in which students of Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Qazigund, Anantnag, visited the CIED.

The Director of CIED-IUST Foundation, Prof. Parvez A. Mir, interacted with the students and provided a brief introduction to the CIED Department. He discussed the goals of the outreach program, which include enhancing educational opportunities, providing career guidance, and addressing students' specific needs. Prof. Parvez A. Mir also introduced students to the world of innovation and entrepreneurship, showcasing the diverse and exciting career opportunities these fields can offer. He emphasized the importance of conducting workshops and training sessions to develop essential skills such as problem-solving, creative thinking, and business planning.

The students visited the Computer Science and Engineering Lab at IUST, which aims to provide practical skills, inspire interest in technology and innovation, and highlight potential career paths within these dynamic fields. The girl students also visited the Embedded Systems and Robotics Lab at IUST, where they gained practical experience and a deeper understanding of these advanced technologies.
